You might remember Rami from the Ben Stiller movie "Night At The Museum"
You might ALSO remember him from the tv series "The War at Home", where he played opposite Jackson Rathbone. Rami played the role of "Kenny" a gay teenager. Jackson plays the newly gay character, who used to date Kenny's sister. Jackson and Rami establish the roles of their relationship quickly and it's quite hilarious.
Do you need a refresher on Benjamin? He's actually pretty much the Last Airbender of the Twilight series. He manipulates all the elements. His power is a true ability and is not an illusion. They never mention his age, but Rami looks exactly the age I pictured (roughly 18-22 years old). From the Twilight Lexicon
Full Name: BenjaminStatus: Vampire

Physical description: Bella describes him as having “midnight hair and [an] olive toned pallor” (BD32)
Special Talents: Benjamin is a manipulator of elements—earth, air, fire, and water.
Occupation:
Family members: His mate, Tia, and Amun and his mate Kebi
Personal history: Benjamin was created by Amun knowing that the boy would be special. Amun has since been trying to turn Benjamin’s ability to manipulate earth, air, fire, and water into a weapon, but Benjamin is very independent and won’t be used. (BD32) He bonds quickly with many of the covens and nomads gathered at the Cullen’s house and declares that he will stand with them if the Volturi attack. (BD34)
Benjamin arrives in Forks to witness against the Volturi, along with his Egyptian coven--Tia, Amun and Kebi. Bella notes that the rest of the member of his coven seem to revolve around Benjamin, and that is because "his gift is so singular that Amun is terrified of losing him" (Breaking Dawn, pg. 610). In fact, Amun created Benjamin knowing he would be special. He tries to use Benjamin as his weapon, but Benjamin is very independent. Edward is particularly fond of him because "he has a very clear sense of right and wrong" and likes his attitude (Breaking Dawn, pg. 610).
Classic Quotes--
"It's a pity you couldn't replace my will with your own in the process; perhaps then you would have been satisfied with me" (Breaking Dawn, pg. 657)."Apparently, I'm a hot commodity. It appears I have to win the right to be free" (Breaking Dawn, pg. 659).
Good pick! And thanks for the "reminder" of who he is in the book!!!!
