Master Post from the LA Twi-Tour Convention with Rob, Kristen and Taylor

pdates: I am separating the posts into the afternoon events/interviews/video's and then creating a section for the night panel with the fans. So if you are looking for the Press Conference, it is in section 1, whereas the Fan Panel is obviously here on top in Section 2. 

SECTION 2- FAN PANEL WITH THE TWI-TRINITY
I had heard that this entire night conference was a lesson in being second-hand embarrassed. I SO agree. These are uncomfortable and fans need to get a muzzle. Even if it's glittery and covered in Twilight stickers, they still need muzzles 

On this one- no real questions answered, just the Trinity walking out to start the night. Kinda exciting


Rob says he's tired. Kristen says he's been up "ALL NIGHT" 




 Good Luck figuring out what they say on these video's! I know the first one is covering the infamous "Don't you sleep with the baby" line

This first one goes to Kristen- fave scene with Billy Burke, then Taylor's hardest stunt, who Rob wants to play in the movie about his life (Taylor Lautner and Harry Potter are both thrown out)

Fave thoughts on the Eclipse Soundtrack from the cast and best advice they've gotten. Someone yells out "Don't get Kristen pregnant" and I was pretty angry for her. GET A MUZZLE PEOPLE!

I know this angle is from the side, but the audio is really great, so just watch it! It's Rob talking about Twilight still giving people hope that love is real and still alive in this generation. Very cool. Plus what Taylor has learned from this whole experience

SECTION 1- LA TWI-TOUR INTERVIEWS, PRESS CONFERENCES AND VIDEO'S

So obviously we aren't there, but we DO have affiliates who are updating, as well as third party sites who are giving us tons of information and pictures throughout this weekend. This afternoon, they held a press conference which was mainly made up of Twi-Bloggers, and the larger Panel that will be open to ticket holders will happen at 7 tonight.

Rob's Press Conference

12:13 p.m. Now Rob gets the Rob/Kristen question. "Do I understand the fantasy of it? No, not really. People like the stories. My basic conclusion is that they want everything to be about 'Twilight,' I guess..." He pauses for a while after promising the truth. Then? No answer. I'm shocked.

Whoo!! 30 full mins of Rob's interview! As Shannon says, SEXCELLENT!

Kristen's Interviews
She talks about having babies in BD, that kissing Jake is a mistake. She's know about BD being 2 films for a very long time and was not allowed to confirm it. She is VERY excited to see Bella become a vampire finally and considers her one of the coolest vampires of them all after she finally turns. That kinda made me tear up a bit, seeing Kristen discussing how she really does care about Bella and obviously HAS read the books

11:27 a.m. "I really can't wait to get into that. I've been on the outskirts of what it would be like to play one of them," Kristen says, regarding getting to tap into her vampire side for "Breaking Dawn," adding, "She's going to be the coolest vampire of any of them." She looks forward to charting the full character change in Bella from the first movie through to the end of "Breaking Dawn."

11:31 a.m. Kristen emphasizes that people who call Bella a weak, codependent girl aren't reading her correctly. She's learning. She's dealing with things. She's making mistakes and gaining from them and she's becoming more sure in what she wants.

 Kristen actually speaks fondly of meeting Renesmee (gets her name right) and what that experience will be like. Damn she made me tear up again. Kristen also does this twisty-back-poppy thing that I do CONSTANTLY and get made fun of for it all the time,  so I'm convinced now that I adore Kristen Stewart (like I didn't already). They also ask her WHO should design Bella's Wedding Dress, which is actually a question I wanted to hear Kristen answer, especially because I see her viewing marriage the same way KStew does (reluctant but will do it for the right guy)



She speaks SO HIGHLY here, of what Bella becomes when she does finally turn, and how much thought and emotion she has personally put into playing that role. She discusses the massive arc from a 17 year who cares little about the world, to the powerful matriarch, wonderful mother, super powerful strong untouchable vampire. She is awesome. Amazeballs.

Taylor's Press Conference  

 He says he has no idea where they will cut BD into two parts. Having to tell "Edward" that he is "afterall, hotter than you" felt very odd for him. And about Renesmee... he seems a little worried about that interaction for himself

10:42 a.m. "Whatever the book says, that's most likely what we're going to do," Taylor on when he takes his shirt off.

10:49 a.m. "I think that was definitely the right thing to do," Taylor says of breaking "Breaking Dawn" into two movies. "There's just so much to do with the Wolfpack and the Baby." If you could hear his tone as he says "the baby." He sure sounds... wary. As he should.

10:51 a.m. "Yeah. I really... I haven't started thinking about it too much..." Taylor says of the "unique romantic entanglement" he has in "Breaking Dawn." He adds, "That will be interesting, for sure."
